Delivery Details

We charge a fixed £2.95 for all of our shipments in the UK. This is a one off cost per order, not cost per item. International orders incur a charge of £9.95

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail which gives us a fully traceable service. All items listed are made to order and will be available within 7-10 days.

We may, at no additional cost, deliver your goods in instalments if all the goods are not available for dispatch at the same time.

We will always seek to produce and despatch your jewellery as soon as possible.

Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase, or have simply changed your mind, you can return your jewellery to us for a refund.

Goods must be returned in an unused new condition and in original packaging within 7 days of receipt. All returned goods should be sent by Recorded Delivery or a similar secure service to ensure goods arrive safely back to us. They should also be securely packaged to avoid damage. Please include your name, address and invoice number in the package and reason for return. We will refund cost of goods only. Special order items cannot be refunded.

We regret that for reasons of hygiene, earrings may not be returned if the packaging has been opened. This is to protect the safety of all of our customers. 

In the unlikely event that a product is faulty or defective, it should be returned to us within 14 days of the delivery to you, a replacement item will be offered, if this is not acceptable then you will be given a full refund in accordance with your statutory rights as a consumer.
